NDIS Plan
What is the NDIS Plan?
The NDIS is a government-funded program designed to provide support to individuals with disabilities in Australia. With the use of Support Coordination (SC), the NDIS assesses the level of support required by everyone and categorises their needs to ensure they receive the necessary support. As a registered NDIS partner, Adelaide Support Coordination Services assists individuals with disabilities to access the supports that they require
Level 1 : Social Coordination
